After working on their take home assignment for more than 12 hours and implementing all their requirements, they just reject you without any detailed feedback saying that it doesn't fulfill all their requirements. If you ask for a specific feedback, no answer back. If you apply again after a few months for the same position or a similar position their HR will tell you that you are already marked in their system for failing their coding test. This tells so much about their work ethics.
