I interviewed at AVT Simulation in Aug 2017
Interview
The process was clear. The hospitality was incredible; the front desk assistant offered me a refreshment drink. The interviewers were professional and even asked me if I would like something to drink. The overall experience was great.
My resume was submitted via a recruiter. (I had applied directly through the company website, but I guess AI rejected me.) The recruiter contacted me to set up an interview. I thought the interview (on-site)went well; I liked the people I interviewed with, and I was confident I could do the job. The interview questions were reasonable.
I was ghosted. I still see the job posting on Glassdoor.

Question 1
They asked what I would do about an employee that was floundering in their role.
One of the interviewers was very nice and excellent to talk to, but the manager on the phone could not have sounded more bored and unengaged. There was also a fair amount of condescension when he analyzed my answers. Overall it was a waste of everyone's time.
