The interview process took no longer than an hour for me, it seemed like endless questions, I would assume ten to twelve? The ladies that specifically interviewed me were very sweet which made it much less intimidating, especially since this was the first EMS interview. It was also a nice bonus having two women doing the interview, since it’s such a male dominated field.
