      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Absolute Internship

      Interview

I wanted to share my experience with the hiring process within the Absolute Internship. I applied for the Intern position which was consisting of several steps: 1. Application letter 2. Skype interview 3. Additional interview (in person) 4. Cultural test 5. Naming 3 professional references All those steps had deadlines to meet, which was respected, but unfortunately, the company did not pay much attention to inform the candidate about the results even if they promised to. That gave me the feeling that applying for this very traditional application procedure (FOR INTERNSHIP not even for a full-time position), is not respected and valued. I wish the company could facilitate the hiring process in order to not waste time of all the talented aplicants. The interview process was nice tho, questions are oriented to the personality, ability to be responsible and able to solve problems working both as a leader and a team player.

      Application

I interviewed at Absolute Internship (London, England)

      Interview

I interviewed for a role and completed two rounds of interviews. Unfortunately, I found the overall recruitment process to be inconsistent. The first interview felt unstructured and somewhat unprofessional in tone. The second interview was more professional; however, there was still a lack of clarity and consistency in communication. A timeline for next steps was clearly communicated during the process, but the subsequent actions did not align with what was shared. After completing the second interview, I received an automated rejection email. At that stage of the process, I would have appreciated a more personalised response. I also reached out to request feedback, but did not receive a reply. Overall, my experience of the interview process raised concerns about communication consistency and professionalism.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The first interview was more general and focused on reviewing my CV and overall background. The second interview was more structured and focused on assessing both hard and soft skills. It included practical, real-life scenarios, with a problem-solving question towards the end to evaluate how I would approach specific situations.
