The process is very long. You must demonstrate practical application which was kind of fun, but hard to know what they are looking for. They get back to you pretty quick though.

Interview
The first interview is with the Senior LDM
Then you have to work on a project, creating two deliverables that require a lot of research
Followed up by a 1-hr debrief with the VP and a Subject Matter Expert

Most of them are scenario questions so you can't really prepare for them.
