Asked some fairly basic troubleshooting questions, but nothing over the top. Then they proceeded to ask about my background such as previous similar jobs etc. It was a pretty chill interview process, to say the least

Very basic 1st level support interview questions, the process started with a phone interview and move on to a one on one interview. asked general questions about hobby, interest in different areas of the business. If I was welling to take extra courses to learn about Cisco certification.

Received Email First... to respond to a Phone Interview, Call Came with 30 mins later On a Friday.
The interview lasted maybe 10 mins, was told Training to start on Monday, and to set up email acct & MSN Chat room, and login with email on Monday morning. No background, or credit checks, No Personal info was ask for...other than name, address, telephone, email. Kinda makes you wonder what kind of peope they are hiring to have access to Peoples Credit Card Info. This company deals with SALES Training First, 1 week of training in Sales, IF you pass Sales calls for a few weeks, then you are bumped to DSL Tech Support & SALES calls. Training in in a chat room and minimum training is given. This company started Cable Internet services and NO training was given at all.
