As an internal interview the process was much shorter than my initial hiring interview process, all interested candidates were interviewed, then we were reviewed by the hiring manager and the director and a candidate was selected.

Interview
Was contacted by recruiter and scheduled interview. Interview lasted half hour and was conducted by two Senior Engineers. Mostly questions regarding level of knowledge regarding Citrix and VMWare.
