Acceleration interview questions

I applied online and had a video call with the team lead, which was a smooth and friendly conversation. For the second part, I was asked to do a technical interview, where I was given a case and some questions about a project. The process was fine and professional. Then, I was invited to a final interview with a team member and the CEO, where we mostly got to know each other. Everything seemed to be going well, and I felt positive about the experience. However, I was disappointed to be ghosted for two months after that. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I only received a rejection without any explanation. After going through three interviews and putting in significant time and effort, I believe it’s fair to expect some feedback. Candidates deserve better treatment and communication throughout the process.
