Interview
Regular two step interview.
First one, HR related, took 1,5 hours and was about my work and life experiences.
Second one, technical related took 1,5 hours and was about java language and the projects I had been working before.
Nice experience on both, great people and a lot of info about the company and position.
Overall an optimal process.
