Interviews for Top Jobs at Access Therapies

Anonymous Employee in Chicago, IL
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Access Therapies (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2015
Screening interview first which asked questions relating to resume. Approx. a week later a 1:1 interview set up at location. This also involved a tour and meeting some staff. I would say it was fairly informal. Questions regarding experience with specific client groups. Also questions relating to assessments and therapeutic strategies I was familiar with. They wanted to know to what extent I would be willing to undergo specific trainings applicable to their client groups. I would say all in all the interview was approx. 1 hour. It didn't feel rushed and the staff were extremely nice.
