The application process was simple however, it took some time. Application for Graduate Program then Virtual Interview then Assessment Centre and one on one interview then Pre-Employment Check then Contract.

Tell me about a time where you had to deal with a difficult stakeholder, how did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Acciona (London, England) in Jun 2017
Interview
3 rounds.
1. Phone Interview - quick call, 15-20 mins.
2. Third party group and individual interview - full day. First was a group challenge, split into 4-5 members each to produce a solution to a simple problem tending towards the logic / physics side. Total around 5 groups. They watched for your personality and behaviour closely during the group challenges and asked each member questions during presentation of the solution. Ended the day with an individual interview - very detailed around 30-45 mins. Heard that there were 5 full day interview sessions that week.
3. Individual interview over Skype with 2 group directors of the group you are applying for - business development director and another the technical director.
