There was clear age discrimination during my interview for a manager position. I had three rounds: with a director, a VP, and finally an HR manager. All the interviews went great, but during the final round with HR, they asked about my age and salary expectations. I was rejected because they thought I was too young for the role and asking for too high a salary.

Smooth and open communication took about 45 mins to complete. Its started from first introduction and understand the job structure, Organization etc. overall is good and no tension during the interview.
