J’ai postulé via une offre sur le site Accorhotels. J'ai été contacté très rapidement par téléphone. J'ai ensuite eu un rendez-vous pour un entretien quelques jours plus tard. Je me suis rendu sur place par mes propres moyens. L'entretien à durer 1h avec le directeur de l'hôtel uniquement. On m'a posé quelques questions sur mes expériences, sur mes motivations et sur mon projet pro futur. Je n'ai pas beaucoup eu le temps de parler, c'est e directeur qui menait l'entretien car très bavard. Mes premières impressions étaient très bonne mais ont très vite changées une fois que j'avais intégré l'établissement.
Interview process was very smooth, the interviewer made me feel comfortable during the entire process which helped me bring out my best responses to all the questions. It was a quick 10 minute process.
Quick and easy process, one interview only. Questions were around experience and background. Relaxed and helpful experience. Unfortunately I didn't get the job though. Would recommend company despite this. Helps to speak French.
