Evidently not much has changed with the interview process at this company based on other descriptions here. I received an email to set up an initial phone screen with the recruiter. After that phone call I was selected to interview with a person doing the same HR Manager job. Very insightful video call, however, the company representative did not seem proud enough of his role with ARI to bother updating his LinkedIn profile for over a year - very strange. When I asked the person they said they didn’t pay much attention to LinkedIn - ok fair answer but still odd when you’re doing consulting for a company. I was sent a link to take a predictive index survey - was never provided results or outcome. Then I heard back from the recruiter almost 2 weeks after that video interview and thanked for my patience with the process. Was told they needed someone more tactical rather then strategic and they decided to offer the position to another candidate. However, a few hours later the job is posted and promoted again on LinkedIn. So I don’t feel they were honest with me at all.
