Thus, we are permitted to ask about vaccination status to track vaccination rates of our applicants and employees, as we currently encourage our employees to be vaccinated and continually reevaluate our policies regarding the same. We maintain the confidentiality of all medical information (including vaccination status) in accordance with applicable law.
