The Ace has open interviews on Thursdays for all open positions (DTLA, not sure for all locations). Which I think is great as it allows for a more personable experience and the ability to sell yourself.

it was smooth, the manager was nice and he also explained what the role would be about . I liked what i heard and saw and the vibe, and everything well as expected so i accepted the offer
