Easy and comfortable! I got the job on the spot both the store manager and the deli manager that was called in to see me, made me feel good about working there. They gave me tips and encouragement.
I submitted my resume and was contacted by HR. They asked some basic questions about my background. It was a pretty standard interview for this type of job.

it is very informal. must work weekends or no have really good reason not to. its very short. they do look over previous jobs and qualifications. plenty opportunity for the right person.

Super easy, basically hired on spot with no drug test or anything needed. However, this might be because they were seriously under staffed. Overall, fairly easy and straight forward process.
