I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Action for Children (UK) in Nov 2025
Interview
Very straightforward. Interview booked in 1/2 weeks in advance. They asked me to prepare two examples of my work but then didn't ask me to walk them through it, instead to email it over after the interview.
It was a well organised organised process. There was a task, which you presented at the interview. The questions were given in advance and covered a good range of things but relevant to the role. Good communication from the organisation and the panel were welcoming.

Interview
Extremely positive interview experience - AfC seems like a really great place to work with lots of opportunities and progression for employees.
Panel of 2x employees (Hiring Manager and another Manager) who were very welcoming and friendly. However, would have liked to have seen more diversity on the panel.
