Assessment Centre: online GMAT style test
Interview 1: 2-stage online interview covering some GMAT questions and case studies, based on UI, databases with an insurance theme.
Interview 2: In-person interview with one more similar case study.

Interview
We started with some 'get to know you questions', they asked my experience and why I applied to this role. Then they went over the GMAT test that I completed about a month prior to the interview, giving me a chance to redo some of the questions that I got wrong. The final part of the interview was a case study that they worked through with me.

They asked about my degree and what skills from it can be applied to the job
It was an online interview that lasted an hour and a half. I was asked to answer questions I had previously done in an online test, followed by working through a case study and then finally answering usual interview questions about the job and my CV.
