met manager, several common questions, and ask you to come back in the next week for a job shadow. The job shadow will take your one day time. you just need to follow a sale person to sell products by door to door.
Firstly, there was a phone screening, which lead to a 15min interview on site. During the on site interview, they asked typical sales interview questions and described their job's expectations.
