Candidates interviewing for Operations and Marketing rated their interviews as the hardest, whereas interviews for Operations and Marketing roles were rated as the easiest.
The hiring process at Adelaide takes an average of 21 days when considering 4 user submitted interviews across all job titles. To compare, the average duration of hiring at similar companies like BlackRock, Inc. is 14 days, Fabricated Software, Inc. is 2 days, and Apple Inc. is 21 days. Candidates applying for Operations had the quickest hiring process (on average 14 days), whereas Marketing roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 28 days).
Like other Marketing candidates have mentioned, the process felt pretty straightforward and the conversations felt like they flowed naturally and were ultimately productive. After interviewing with a junior HR employee, the CEO, and then finally the Creative Director I was ultimately told that they were "moving forward with other candidates whose experience and skills more closely watch what we are looking for." I was disappointed to get such a shallow rejection given the tenor of the conversation and the fact that my skills and experience aligned so closely with the job description. I respect the company's decision, but can't help but feel like the interview process was performative and may have been a way to source marketing ideas from qualified candidates.

Question 1
How did you produce the campaign results listed in your resume?
First interview was directly with the founder. A very nice guy and a smooth interview. Seemed like communication between him and the team actually hiring me wasn't clear. I did not get an offer but overall a good experience,.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adelaide in May 2024
Interview
The process included three rounds with department heads/hiring manager and a final interview with the CEO, who was generous enough to spend an hour sharing his insights. Everything was transparent, and they kept me in the loop throughout. It took about two weeks from start to offer. I appreciated the opportunity to meet different leaders, and everyone was so welcoming and communicative.
