A little slow after initial chats with recruitment but fairly standard for the industry, with several rounds of interviews and two tasks to complete for the final interview. Interviewers were very friendly.

I had to prepare a writing task summarising a disease area for an ailment of my choice. I then had to perform a presentation on what I understood of clinical trials. This was followed by a competency-based panel interview which lasted approximately 20 minutes. I then had two one-to-one interviews with the MD and the CFO of the greater group, when I received my offer.
