After 3 interviews: HR, Product Director and Agile Coach (around 4 hours in total of my time) HR sent me a template enail on December 24th... yes, on December 24th, when you are preparing the gifts for Xmas. The template only contained 1 line of feedback saying that they will no longer move my candidacy further. If a company do this on Xmas eve, it clearly reflects that they really don’t care at all about people.
