Notified by email and asked to go online and book a date and time for interview. Interview itself was with 2 people - one from HR, one from applicable department. Fairly relaxed, 60 minute interview. Only negative is wasn't contacted to say I was unsuccessful - had to go online to find out.

We set up a time over text. I drove to the pub. We met and sat down in the back room of the pub. It was working hours. I was asked a few simple questions and told about the normal activties in the pub and the do's and donts.
