Spoke to the recruiter for a 30 minutes phone call and was scheduled for a video call, followed by an on site interview for 4 hours with 3 different people. One more video call another day. After that no response for 3 weeks. After 3-4 follow ups, was sent an email that we selected another candidate. Interview process was very lengthy and stressful. follow up and communication at the end was very unprofessional.
