I had a one-hour interview with the corporate recruiter followed by a one-hour pre-screen call with the Director of Marketing on a separate day. Those were followed with two interviews on a single day, first with the Director of HR and second with the Director of Sales and the Director of Marketing. I was told the interview would be behavioral in nature, but each of the two interviews only had 2-3 behavioral questions.
