Simple process with only 2 rounds (1 via telephone and 1 via skype). It took only 2 weeks to get the offer. Most of the questions are about your own experiences. If your abilities are matched the job requirements, it is quite sure that you passed. Strongly recommend applying to this company.

Do you have experience in web application development?
After a brief conversation by email and phone, I set up an interview schedule. I had a question about a simple coding test, knowledge related to software development. I answered questions about my experience and what I had done, and heard detailed stories about what I would do at the company in the future.
