You will think there is no way it could be THAT bad, but it is. I believe this info is withheld because you will either need to ask for more salary, or turn down the job altogether once you know the cost and quality of the "benefits".
I think they are desperate to hire anyone, so you have a good chance of receiving an offer, even if you have no experience.
