Advertising Outsourcing Services interview questions

After a couple weeks of jumping through hoops to finally schedule an interview, I met with Jim Kelley. He seemed as though he hadn't read my resume beforehand nor did he know exactly why I was there. He asked if I were there for an internship. I was not. After about fifteen minutes of going over my resume, I was told I seemed like a good fit but he would email me a programming test to evaluate my skills. Reasonable. It was nearly a week before I received the test along with a message saying they wouldn't be moving forward with my application, but I could still do the test and they would keep it on file if I wanted. I did not.
