The interview process was a face-to-face video chat that consisted of a series of questions regarding personal background check and information, opinions on certain topics, and a practice simulation with the interviewer.

There is a computer scenario based activity after your introduction videos. Then you get scheduled for an actual interview. When they tell you that they will call you at the end of the week to notify you if you got the job or not, it's a lie. They sent me an email about a month after the interview. Thank goodness I accepted another job offer the same week of my interview with Advia because they really keep you waiting.
