I worked on it for a couple of hours in a day, then the next day it wouldn't open. When I reached out, they said they'd get it fixed and get back to me (didn't happen). The next week, I get an email from HR saying they will call me with updates, I respond but never get a call and no updates since then. I basically wasted my time talking and doing the technical interview only to get ghosted after being unable to complete their technical test due to the technical difficulties they are responsible for fixing (how am I supposed to do a test that I can't reach) Cringe

I only had one interview with a very friendly recruiter that didn't reach out to me nor sent me any message after our conversation, which she ensured had been a very good one. This is the second time I apply for a position at Adyen and I feel the HR process is very disorganized. The first time I applied, I received an email saying that they were very interested in my profile and that they would contact me, and a couple of hours later I received an automatic email that said that my profile didn't meet their requirements. That is extremely misleading and unprofessional.
