Aero Simulation interview questions

The interview took about an hour and consisted of a questionnaire from every person you might work with. Basic questions, very relaxed about your relevant experience on your resume. Followed by a lengthy explanation of the benefits package by HR. The questions seemed to be appropriate for the level of applicant I was (new graduate) but following the interview there was little to no communication. I knew 3 of the other applicants and they were also rejected with little to no communication.

Interview process consisted of three individual interviews, one with the team lead, second with the engineering director, and third with the president. The entire process took roughly 2 hours, and included a tour of the facility.
