face to face talk with BOSS and project manager, most questions are based your resume. Very nice people, I don't remember there were any trick questions. pretty straight forward regarding your technical skills, either you know or you don't. Boss will ask your salary exception, the previous job, how to fit in a team etc, related to your soft skills. If they find you are promising, a technical skill test will be set up, which is fairly easy. Test scope will be given, mostly about XML parsing, re-organizing; developing environment was already setup, pure java skill test.

There was no phone interview prior to the on-site interview. There were two interviewers. Firstly they asked whether I know the background info about the company. After that, they asked some questions about my experience in J2EE development. Then they asked several technical questions. The technical questions were related to the work I did before. After the technical questions, they asked the salary expectation and where I live.
