pass the 1st round interview. They will set up a 2nd round of technical assessment, which is very very easy, as easy as hell. They require you to finish it in 150 mins...But trust me, everyone can finish it in 20 mins. I am pretty sure every candidate can get high marks. But they didn't give me an offer, I asked them for the result of the technical assessment, and got ghosted, this is weird. I wonder if they even evaluated the candidate's test paper. If you don't like me, why did you invite me for the 2nd round test, and if you select the candidate based on their test result, why don't you evaluate the candidate's test paper?
Moreover, the company is very small, dozen of people crowded into a small hall of about 50 square meters. One room for the CEO, one room for the CTO, and one room for the meetings and interviews, that's it.
And most of all, their technical stack is outdated, can't believe that a company still using Bootstrap 4 as their front-end framework in 2024...... They are hiring the DevOps Engineers, but the interviewers do not even know what the AWS certificates are...
