      Service Manager Interview

      Feb 5, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Ancaster, ON
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Aerzen (Ancaster, ON) in Jan 2026

      Interview

Interview process took 1 month, 3 interviews (screening, manager, technical assessment by an expert), then an offer was issued. During the negotiation phase, they withdrew their offer considering my expectations were to high vs. what they are offering, and despite what I accept as a mitigation plan. Pay range was lower than the expectations and goals for the role.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

In a nutshell, they asked for my experience and background, how it is transferable to their industry, and what was my management behavior and style. It was in a way of introduce yourself and why you want this role, what you would bring in.
