I applied and was shortlisted. I received a phone call from the hiring manager at the department store, in which I was asked a few employment-related questions (Why Aesop, What made you apply, what makes you good for the role). I then was invited for an instore interview with the department store talent manager. Then I was invited for an (intense) interview with 2 Aesop area managers. The following Monday I was contacted to provide two references. The following day I was offered a Part-time position.
