Interview
Fairly easy interview with questions around past experience and some spot tests. There's as much importance on your experience / added value as there is on how well you get along with your interviewer. They want to make sure you get along with them and fit in their culture. Will ask you why you like Aesop and if you've tried the products before

Interview process extended over a period of 6 months, first over the phone, in person and then through an online test. I had to send multiple emails to HR to ask them the time of my interview, as they told me the date and then just stopped replying. After not hearing back after my interview, I followed up and was told 4 months later that it was between me and another candidate. I then never heard anything again - not even an email to say my application was unsuccessful, after keeping me waiting for 4/5 months at this point. Really disappointing and disorganised. Used to be my love brand but I will not be interacting with the brand again after such a bad experience.
