Three stages: recruiter call, hiring manager chat, and an in-person interview with competency and technical questions. Although I wasn’t selected, the process was positive, well-organised, and the recruiter and hiring team were genuinely engaging throughout. The hiring manager called me a few days after the interview and delivered the message that I had been unsuccessful which was a nice personal-touch and I appreciated it.
