Aflac Northern Ireland interview questions

Three stages: recruiter call, hiring manager chat, and an in-person interview with competency and technical questions. Although I wasn’t selected, the process was positive, well-organised, and the recruiter and hiring team were genuinely engaging throughout. The hiring manager called me a few days after the interview and delivered the message that I had been unsuccessful which was a nice personal-touch and I appreciated it.

The process itself is pretty straightforward. Total 2 rounds apart from the initial discussion call and the offer discussion call with the HR partner. One Technical round and the other with the Leaders/Head of Engineering.
