The interview process was fairly quick and efficient, consisting of three rounds. I first met with the President, followed by the CEO, and then the Co-Founder.
Two of the interviews were conducted virtually, while the final round was held in person in downtown Toronto.
There were no projects or assignments required as part of the process, which made it straightforward and focused on conversations and fit.
Overall, it was a smooth and well-organized experience.

The interview process was refreshingly very quick, simple and straightforward. There is respect for your time. The final interview you get to meet in person which is nice. The entire process was roughly a month. Technical portion was about skills you’d actually use on the job.

Met all key stakeholders and had in depth discussions about skills, history, values, and goals. Questions were relevant to the needs of the company while also aimed at ensuring good fit for growth and culture.
