I applied online then I was offered for different position that would suit my CV better but they rejected without any interviews. 2 months passed and they contacted me back to ask if i'm still available. I met them as I was still interested in the position itself. They arranged video interview with HR&newly hired team lead. After a week, invited for 2nd round video interview with HR lead&Senior developer. They didn't know if i had meeting with team lead before so they were gonna arrange 3rd round if i didn't tell them. Then they asked the same questions again as in 1st round. When I asked for next steps, I was told that there will be 5 hours of psychology test and a task. I decided to not continue further as it was such a waste of time with this company.
