The interview process was somewhat unprofessional. I had a phone interview with the HR manager first. Then the HR manager emailed me and asked me to choose my top three available interview time slots for an in-person interview. I responded fairly quickly with my availability. The HR manager did not reply to my email for another 2 days (and did not answer my previous calls). The HR manager did not confirm my interview time slot until one day before the interview (and this interview was in person so I needed to know what time I needed to be there). When I arrived, I had to wait about 15 minutes before my interviewer met me in the lobby. After my in-person interview (it was a panel interview with 3 employees), I had a skype interview with the HR manager again.
