      Strategic Engagement Manager Interview

      May 4, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at AirOps in May 2026

      Interview

Just as all the other reviews here state, the interview process is a shameful shot to get serious free work out of applicants. The "assignment" (which takes 3 pages laying out all the parameters you'll need) is literally a project you would be doing in the job: Analyzing the data provided, you have to put together a diagnosis and strategy roadmap to help AirOps win the business of a particular client. If you push back and call this disgusting request out for what it is, they'll just try and justify themselves by saying there's no other way they could assess you and of course they promise they won't use your work in real life (HA!) I thank the other reviewers here for revealing AirOps' outrageous, scammy practices of trying to obtain free work in interviews, as it's what alerted me to tell Talent Acquisition I'm not doing unpaid work and I found out the ruse going on before I even wasted time on a live interview.
