It was a phone interview. Lasts about 45-50 minutes. Was scheduled by a university recruiter, interviewed by two hiring managers within a conference line, asked very detailed knowledge about basic networking questions, Linux kernel, algorithm, C/C++, OOP, real-time etc, etc. People are friendly, professional. Things like: thread how to communicate with each other? How do processes communicate?

Interview was technical. Questions were basically from the resume. Projects were discussed in length.
