Question 1
Introduce the work experience and the feeling about it
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Airwallex in Apr 2023
Interview
I had a total of 3 interviews including a screening call with the in-house recruiter. I was supposed to have one more final interview but it's now been over a week since I've heard from the recruiter. The last contact I had from him was one evening requesting me to have the final interview the following morning. Unfortunately I was not able to attend the requested time slot and offered my availability for the rest of the week. I've heard nothing back and I even sent a follow up email and still nothing. Please keep your candidates updated on the interview process and don't blank them. Not only does it look bad on the company but it shows a lack of respect for the candidate. Introducing a scheduling a tool, where candidates can provide their availability over multiple days, may also help. Alot of companies are doing this. This is better than emailing a candidate one evening and expecting them to be free the following morning.

The recruiter/talent contact was very friendly, willing to answer any and all questions I had and kept me updated every step of the way in the process.
I had an initial screening interview, then interview with a solutions engineer, then interview with a technical support engineer, then an interview with the hiring manager.
I had a great experience with each person, they were very friendly and genuine.
I only declined because I received a different offer I could not pass up.
