The process was all over the phone and very smooth. The partners I spoke with were all very kind and willing to answer questions. I also spoke with a couple of associates who seemed to really enjoy working at Akerman.

Interview
There was an initial screening interview, which was followed by interviews with several attorneys over the course of under two hours. It was pretty straightforward. Mostly seek to get to know the associate candidate and better understand key aspects of the resume, past experience, and general skill and ability. The process was entirely virtual.

Extremely quick and asked only a few questions. Only allotted about 20 minutes for an interview with two partners. I could not get a good understanding of the firm culture based off the interview.
