    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Akerman full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The NYC office is situated at a great location.

    Cons

Not good when Mgmt runs a NYC office w/ the same office policies as a FL based firm. At the time I worked there, it was bad when you have shareholders and employees leaving. That certainly cannot be an incentive to stay on board.

    Advice to Management

Once you realize the two have different commuting issues, the happier your employees will be. There were no perks or employee incentive when I worked there.
