HR telephone interview after paper application and online test, next stage would have been an in person assessment centre in the London office. Interview lasted about 15-20 minutes and was conducted over the phone

I applied through online in Dec 2021 and did the written task in the same month. Then I have interview with the partner in Jan 2022. The process took around 1 month.
