I applied through their website. The process took around a month, because I was remote. I was approached by an HR person, who managed everything nicely and very timely. I was given an online test to solve in 48 hours, followed by three Skype interviews. I was asked questions about my current job responsibilities, SQL related technical questions, analytical puzzles, and case scenarios. They did not make an offer, because of my salary expectations (I think). I wish I was clear on my expectations in the beginning, that would have saved both of ours time and energy. My overall experience was pleasant.
