A online application, proving CV, references and sample of my work. Followed by a 2 person panel interview in the broadcast centre. Relatively informal process compared to others I have done in the past.

How to handle a team, breaking news, technical difficulties etc
Written task (2 hours given but didn't need that long to do it) demonstrating script writing ability, news judgement, planning etc. then an online video interview of about 30 minutes via zoom
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Al Jazeera
Interview
Hiring manager gave a really long and involved exercise but didn't provide critical guidance. Took 30 hours to complete. Never received any feedback. Totally unprofessional process from start to finish. Will never apply to this company again.
